and since the decline in the Sp from 27p region, we have had various Directors taking advantage of the Sp situation, with nearly 1.4Million shares being purchased, a completed development plan sent to Vietnam government for approval, and awaiting feedback on a pricing structure, which will give JSE decades of upside production.

a fairly stable oil price above $70

yes Facts are Facts , we are now 3-months into the new year of 2025, 3- months of Post AKATARA production, we never had last year as we were spending heavily on building the Gas plant facility , that's now behind us.

we now have additional income stream from the CWLH asset to look forward to over many years, with the De-comms paid upfront, a huge plus!!!

so in essence trust the BOD that they at least know where the value lies , and considering JSE are at all times low Sp now really is the time to take a few more shares off the table, i am looking forward to the new ISA Tax year were i shall use 50% of the allowance to take advantage in this SP if it remains at 24p or under.

building for future growth and dividends takes time,

Holding up fairly well this week, averaging $73 which is all in line with JSE BOD plans, the hedges hopefully will soon disappear as the Debt is reduced down,

Hopefully we shall get a news update in April, on an agreed Gas Sales Price of our Vietnam assets,

looking forward to April, when i can add a few more into my ISA, and SIPP , by the time i retire in a year or two JSE should be paying a nice dividend.

That now puts JSE Board of Directors fully supporting the Company and realizing how distressed this current SP really is

Jadestone is in the final stages of negotiating a second gas sales agreement for an incremental 3 bscf of gas sales to be sold at a premium to the existing GSA.

be nice to get this deal signed off before the summer, generate another additional gas income at increased prices.

Henry Hub Gas prices have gone up by 100% this year.

Not when its divided up amongst 10 buyers, prob does still hold a few, but 4 Million is a big wedge to lose, from 2.75 to where it is now, will it finish at 3.75p? thats a big loss, he has just gave away, he will probably blame Paul,
