Institutional holders, in order to get the "GREEN LIGHT" and clear the way for SIDARA to take over J.W.G as quickly as possible, one the offer is public, this will bounce straight to 35p , no one will be able to get in before the bounce, imo will go straight to auction,

SIDARA can make that announcement anytime, im sure they have their fingers over the RNS button dotting the i,s and crossing the T,s and it will be all over!!!!

Institutions will not reject the bid, imo they at least get some cash back, they can handle the losses.

Will we get another RNS in the morning, from SIDARA , saying the offer is now on the table???? or do we think they are still negotiating the final price, or discussions with the large % holders if its going to be acceptable, maybe SIDARA have been told the big holders want a bit more 40p???

not too bad for a few weeks effort, though do feel for those who are in for much higher price, Sidara are getting a Multi Billion work load for peanuts!!!!
