Im not saying they will lose out?, per say , the point im making is they will have to stump up another £8 million if no Private Shareholder takes up the offer of 1 share for every 30, at 45p when the Sp is on its backside at 41p

so they will be putting a lot more cash into the POT!!! , to support the Company going forward over the next 12 months

im sure the Sp will have recovered well above 50p in the next 12 months , but who knows whats round the corner ?, the last thing Jadestone needs is another Montara Disaster or well blow out, like the Montara oil spill many years ago, which caused over a Billion dollars in Liabilities !!!!!! that would spell the end of Jadestone .

anyhow lets look on the positive side, 20K barrels PD in 10 months from now

How long is the closed period for???, i bet Tyrus group are kicking themeselves now, they could have got the placing away at 40p, imo and now they will have to take up the other £8.3 Million Open offer up to private investors, as no one in their right mind would take them up at the moment knowing they can simply buy at 41-42p right now,

So Tyrus will have to stump up the £ 8 million at 45p share price, as it stands today and the offer is only open for another couple of days,

The directors are not buying at 41p, or even the supportive institution investor its a better discount than the 45p they have been offered by a long shot, or maybe they have maxed out their savings/funds ????

Yes was expecting that to drop in today, pretty obvious they are building a huge position here, they could end up launcing a takeover bid , imo

Have now managed to get my average under 46p, ill leave this here now see if the Company can deliver on their objectives completed, from the talk in earlier this morning should see another asset coming on stream end June early July ,

They are pinning Huge Upside on AKATARA, will need to keep eyes on the progress there over the next 6 months,

Nice picked some more up under the offer price, feeling much better than last night now i have managed to pick up over 10k shares today under 45p , i think the Sp will hover around the 40-50p levels for the next few weeks now,

Imo . they also knew of this upcoming Company placing, and was it a ploy to buy shares on the open market to suck in a few PI,s ???? David Loren Neuhauser bought a few, but he is in control of a very large fund , so he would have known about this placing to , keep the markets subdued by buying a few at 50p level , while he would have known he will pick up a Huge Pile of cheaper shares at 45p,

Shafted the small Pi,s who have stuck with them from 70-80p , its incredulous behavior to go to your main shareholders weeks ago tell them of your plans to raise equity,

giving them the chance to sell of stock above 60-70p range for them to buy back under 50p, thats whats happened here and they know it, they have ripped off the Pi,s , it would be interesting if the FCA looked into the past 2 months trading DATA to see who was offloading , (did they know about this upcoming placing!!!!!!) you bet!!!!!, imo

Just got in to the news, wondered why there was a delay now we know why, not given me any time to participate in the bookbuild, it was no wonder there was a steady downtrend in the SP these last few weeks , obviously there was a lot of "Insider Dealing " going on bringing the Sp down below 50p levels so they could get this placing away quickly and without giving the retail shareholders the chance to average down and pick up warrents, pretty disgusting behaviour , imo ill see what happens , but Paul and the BOD have lost the confidence in a lot of private retail shareholders, they are only looking after the Big Instituitional Investors ,

they would have known about this for weeks !!!!!!

Its no wonder the SP has been on a downward trend recently with Mather selling a huge wedge for Charitable purposes ?

Currently in Australia, they certainly leaving it till last minute, must be down to the RBL deal that was done, that the Auditors have got to get their heads around, if they needed extra time they should have said give it another week or so,

will we get an after hours RNS ???, now looking unlikely, looks like tomorrow could be on the cards, im sure there emails are very busy see what is going on???

I dont see $75 dollar oil as a negative for JSE, in fact very much a positive, bearing in mind we can get 5-10 dollars above the average brent price, but its the gas assets that will eventually drive the Sp in JSE , imo when they ramp up production ,

Cant see where this drop is , currently around $74 Australian Dollars pe barrel, and gas prices slightly up too, JSE have a good mix of both and get top dollar for their oil exports, !!! Whats not to like???

RNS will land today, have no fear, they are obviously very busy ATM , lots of spinning plates going on , can only be good for the shareholders with the recent good news on oil prices and Montara now producing
