Good Morning, Another day of action over in Wyoming as they bring the GGS on line, and now the news is getting very interesting as we have just broke into $75 WTI price levels , lets hope this continues or at least sustains these profitable prices. have a great day COPL shareholders all coming together !!!!!

$500 Million????, seems reasonable to me ?

We paid $54 million for Atomic Oil and Gas, while t was in a distressed position due to the very low oil price

We Purchased CUDA last July for around $20 Million in a fire-sale purchase price

Since our purchase of Atomic and CUDA we spent Millions!!!! on pumping Butane into the Shannon field all recoverable!!

We have spent a few million on field upgrades ,

So by anyone,s Guestimations we have in the last couple of years Bought a very large oil field in the Powder river Basin of Wyoming at very distressed prices Totaling some $74 Milllion and with the gas purchased for the miscible flood takes our Purchases to over $100 Million.

Then by the good fortune of the "OIL GODS" discovered a Cole Creek resource of nearly 1Billion Barrels!!!!

Hopefully we will se a JV put some kind of value on this???? $100 Million- $250 Million , imo or maybe it has No Value??? as the market sees it currently??

MCAP currently 1/10th of our initial outlay in a distressed market, ????

lets get those GGS units up and running, bring the JV to the table and have some serious negotiations , or bring in another player with smaller pockets, imo ,

Over on the other nameless BB , the fruitcake , "Strawberry face clock," has been pushing his agenda on de-ramping COPL , sounds like he is getting very anxious about his short, , i know i would be if i had a very large short open ATM, with news likely to continue over the next few weeks, and Production likely to increase as each week passes .

At the Naysers point of view, we as shareholders are well aware of the conversions being done these past few months , whilst they do have a dilution impact on the "Total Shares held by shareholders" their Dillution on the impact of Total asset valuation to the share holders is less so, imo current MCap of £10-11 million is ridiculous by any ones valuation.

The Bondholders Control over the SP is waning fast , as they have converted it means we "copl" have less Bonds to buy out as and when we have the Capital to do so,

Since May the 15th SP. 5.4p Mcap £27 Million

2027 Bonds principal outstanding: $14.4 million (72 bonds)

2027 Bondholders: 5

2028 Bonds principal outstanding: $16.4 million (82 bonds)

2028 Bondholders: 5

Total Value of outstanding Bonds £30.8 Million on May the 15th

and then today the 10th of July SP 2.10 Mcap £11.5

A fall in MCap of some £15.5 Million, !!!!!! Doesnt add up!!!! we are significantly undervalued since May and beyond that,

The Bondholders are losing their influence on the Sp and as the good news flow start to build they will soon disappear as just background noise,

IMO, a Huge Buy!!!!! , Assets even in a fire sale far outweigh any downside from here , we would actually rise significantly if Arthur put a for sale sign up even over the 1Billion Cole Creek Asset

Expecting an update end of week that the 3 units are fully operational and, increasing oil production numbers, with the returned gas now being processed and pumped back to continue its use in the miscible flooding of the field , cost savings will benefit the company going forward, for years to follow,

whichever way you look at it , the production numbers "WILL" increase significantly over the next 2-3 months,

then we still have the JV and 1 Billion field in Cole Creek to deal with,

im sure the JV will be watching very closely how the success of the Miscible flood program works out , then!!, both parties can put some proper evaluation numbers on the COLE CREEK 1 Billion Resource ,

Should blow the current MCap out of the water, imo

Will be connected up this week, the changeover will have minimal impact on current production , imo as the high pressure wells have already been pegged back , as the current system cannot cope with the high pressures, once the Gas separators are connected this week we can slowly open up these wells and gradually let the production levels build up,

hoping we see the return of the track by next week with the other High Pressure Gas units on site and we can roll these out in the field

Looking forward to the weeks and months ahead, i dont normally pass on comments/thoughts, however today is a good day to be a COPL shareholder, imo We have endured weeks/Months for some, on an ever declining SP, caused by Bondholders converting and washing through shares, shorts?, probably, but not too sure about that,

anyhow , the important fundamentals are the SP in no way reflects the true "Valuation of the Assets" or the Debt that we have on the books.

it was good to see the Gas separation units arriving on site late Friday, im sure if that news would have been released earlier in the day the market would have reacted much more positively ,

looking at the units , they look like its just a matter of a couple of hook up points to complete the connections into these units and run an electric cable into them, then they are good to go!!!!!, i wouldnt be surprised if by the end of next week they are all systems go!!

with the other 5 units to follow the following week and a repeat of the above,

So with all this installation going off in the next couple of weeks COPL will be in a great position to benefit from a good rise in production from August onwards,

The second half should see COPL returning to a profitable position, imo , all eyes should keep focused on the WTI oil price as we move into August/Sept/Oct, etc

if we can prove that by October we are in a profitable position going forward , we can then plan for the drilling of a Horizontal well into the Cole Creek frontier field, with hopefully the JV in full participation!!!!

A Crucial 3 months lie ahead, which could see COPL rise from the ashes!!!!!

im hoping we now see a PR campaign from the BOD of our Company and push the message out that COPL

"are alive and kicking their weight " in WYOMING!!!!

The Gas separation units have arrived and will be installed next week!!!!!!

ive also asked Arthur for some drone footage of the pipe line installation, lets see what transpires next week,

Obviously still a seller at these levels , must be very distressed , imo cant wait until next Friday when we have the Investor Update, the sentiment needs to change on here, and quickly , imo its current valuation is looking a little silly ATM
