Has the Company completed due diligence? on the offer made by SEC , and are they duty bound to have done so before the release of an RNS, they imo would have to have done this to ensure the Company has A. the cash to undertake such an offer, and B they are a reputable Company , if not they could be wide open to litigation ,

Its holding steady ATM, come Thursday we should have some numbers to crunch through, on the path to profitability. over the next couple of years, i think gold will continue to rise once it catches its breath.

Dont fret Charlie , it cant go on forever, the buyers will return when the revenues increase ands AKATARA doubles the production output.

The KRG are in no rush either, imo they are being paid, the oil companies are earning a few dollars and covering costs, the local oil Barons are raking it in!!!!! (They have to deal with the "Brown Envelope Brigade", the Local truck drivers are earning a few bob, Baghdad are the real losers at the moment, imo they can't be happy with losing $1 Billion every month!!!!! and that is just in lost revenue, the purse strings to wider Iraq is being thinned out

how long will it keep doing this with no "PAYBACK" from KRG, ???, i dont think they will continue to hand out cash for nothing in return, the IOC,s can sit and wait , they at least are covering costs and earning a few dollars,
