Marginal dilution, shares in issue rounded up to 600m with key ppl of the State onboard. A couple of million quid (net) raised in the process to bolster the development of MOU5. Ppl in the know will be well aware of the MOU3 test flow data by now, moving onto MOU4.

Unfortunately the opposite is true. Those lined up to invest, be it through bucket shop Novum or accretive placing, want to see the sp dipped in advance in order to maximise their gains through short-term flipping or holding long. Company fundamentals aren`t even a factor in this sp manipulation process.
