I remember GKP fourfold sudden jump from my 9p to mid-30s. That was enough for me. Could've held to the heights but a profit is a profit. Fully expecting to see mid-30s here if both MOU-1 and MOU-2 come in big style. Again that'll be enough to take some off the table. Managed to avoid the GGP hype when that one briefly reached into the 30s.
