Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
I agree Gazzleberry. I think things are up sleeves.
Most PI’s will bail out of hatred of the BoD and crystallising their loss. However I think there could be rewards for the level-headed down the road.
Merger RTO
Check with Halifax. I checked with ii and they’re handling it all. I hold via my ISA it’s tax free, I’ve clarified the matter with my accountant on the ‘special dividend’ also. Tax free vehicle.
I will continue to hold my shares post divi to see what the future brings. It’s Sod’s Law that most VTLH will sell all and then it will take off!
Shadowless
...I'd like into think that is already baked into this deal for the $35mill.
Quite surprised to see the share price stay steady after the YES vote was passed.
I suppose the final rise will be on RNS of approval.
nickwindows.
Not 100% clear what you mean but, if by 'the money' you are referring to the $35 mill then I think you are wrong.
The distribution of the $35 mill to shareholders via special dividend at 1.8p is part of the resolution being voted on. So, if it is carried; it will happen.
...and it's a yes from me.
Like many LTH I would love to see this go out at or near it's 'true' value but, Ce la vie.
Svidlov will have been accumulating, many LTH will have massively averaged down, the money will be paid to shareholders by special div and we still hold shares = sentiment has changed.
I believe Mr Young was in a position of having to submit and 'seemingly' recommend the deal.
Like many who voted down the deal, I am content to accept ZERO rather than accept the offer presented.
I don't believe Mr Young is stupid, I don't believe Mr Young thought the deal would be accepted.
I do believe the huge majority refusal of the deal puts Mr Young in a stronger position to go back to the table with the interested party.
This will all take time, I have shares & patience; they have money.
This now puts the BOD in a stronger negotiating position.
‘We’ve put this duff offer to the shareholders and they aren’t blinking. The terms are the issue. If funds are paid to shareholders in full then it’s deal done.”
Have a think lad
Now now gentlemen, lets leave the politics and opinion off of this board. This space is for discussion of Amur Minerals shares.
Exciting times for all us VLTH's!
A fantastic day for us all and long may this continue. A long time coming.
One sided trading today, £27.5k bought and only £75 sold….Manipulation of the share price with a huge spread too. (As has been mentioned before).
Accumulation ongoing by Euroclear, a large financial operation with links to Russia.
Something as complex as the TEO will take as long as it takes, hopefully it’s done and released soon. (After the news has leaked and pushed the SP up already).
I’ve been holding/trading AMC since 2009 and I’m grateful to all LTH for their valuable contributions to this board. The current and ongoing variables make for a very interesting few years ahead. Currently holding 500k and will continue to add to my pile at these levels.

I'm happy that RY has engaged and answered PI questions. People complain about a lack of engagement, then complain about the engagement. As stated by others, it is the content of the communication not the delivery or RY's appearance. I felt that the content was good and I'm happy that there has been some much needed engagement.
I'm buying more for a rainy day.
Many thanks for your help.
Hi, Sorry to ask this here but hoping to get a helpful investor answer this query as I just don't have the experience. I've a friend who bought this share 20 years ago and has the original certificates. How would he go about selling them? Can he call up a firm like TD Waterhouse and sell them this way? Hoping someone can point me in the right direction, thanks.
5 times as many buys than sells today.
