With big projects in view buy backs make no sense. If TRIN does not keep a decent wad of cash on its balance sheet, shareholders will get done over in the financing of any such project, or at least more done over than they would otherwise.
Not aware of any new marketing - is anyone else aware of any?

1. “You absurdly state share BBs do not influence market sentiment.” Not in any significant way, no. You have either backed the right horse or you haven’t and your BPC/CEG postathon is not going to change that.
2. “You post as if you are a neutral wise sage whose opinions are in good faith when in fact they are based on your trading position/CFDs at the time.” No, I post as if I am free to say what I think, because I am, whatever my position at the time: again, BB posts do not influence market sentiment in any significant way. So although I am currently long CEG I do not need to hide my suspicions that it is and will remain a PoS.
3. “You are a self-professed ‘ramper stamper’.” You obviously don’t get the jokey film reference. But permabulls like you need to be challenged. History suggests that your BPC posts were less than objective and lacked real insight. Your posts are not, of course, going to significantly influence market sentiment but they may influence individuals.
4. “You had issues with CERP, then BPC, now CEG and recently stated you have bought-in while holding your nose.” Absolutely. Awful companies run by people who were more than just unlucky.
5. “And worse of all, you sought money to stop posting CERP negativity. We have an audit trail, so you can’t deny this.” In that case follow the audit trail to the beginning and apologise for that characterisation.
This is not investment advice but consider whether you would not be better switching your investment in CEG sooner rather than later into a solid, serious company like TRIN, where there is still arguably plenty of upside and, I would argue, a lot less downside. That is my plan if my current CEG trade comes off.

It is an opinion and therefore hard to prove, but the way that you post certainly suggests to me, and I would imagine to many others, that you are trying to, and indeed think you can, influence sentiment in this share. And that, I think, is and has been your mistake. You should continually be asking yourself if CEG is a good share to be in and whether this is a good time to be in it. Instead you seem to be pre-occupied with continually persuading others (and yourself?) that CEG is a good share to be in and that this is a good time to be in it. My point is that even if you are to any extent successful in this, it will not really affect the outcome here. It does not change the nature of CEG, namely its assets and the people running it. And I would argue that because you are preoccupied with this cheerleading exercise, you keep missing red flags.
You need to take a hard, objective look at the horse you are backing.

The important distinction is between the posters who simply think there is a quick buck to be made on the back of the anticipation around this drill and the posters who think that their posts can somehow make that anticipation happen. The latter arguably have the wrong mindset for this game - it is not you cheering or booing from the stands that wins you your bet: it is you backing the right horse at the right time and identifying when it is time to cash out. Everything else is just noise.
Single figures I suspect - average since it came online may even be single figures. Someone posted the data a while back and you have to do some guesswork on how much is Saffron 1 and how much is other Bonasse wells, but S1 certainly isn’t going to pay for itself anytime soon!

Good find. As you say, a rather glaring disparity when you expect S2 to essentially be a properly drilled twin of S1, apart from being slightly downdip to target a supposedly larger thicker section of the reservoir. Sounds as if it all now hangs on the Lower Cruse which needs to come in big style. At this end of the AIM spectrum there is always that nagging suspicion that they are selling you a pup.

No, we find out the final net pay data. You will have at least a further couple of weeks to wait for oil data.
