50/50 Because Cedar Assets, i think, are saying they will block/not pass the resolutions (vote against) so this could been no new shares at 1p, but on the other side, ips were probably raising cash with 1p shares.

This one could have a run at one point, why do I think this, some thing very strange was going on Friday, all day the shares were in auction, could not buy at all, yet the shares did not spike further, in fact they lost ground, the only reason for this, mm's must have been snapping all the ones being sold, this one is one to watch, its going to be the old story boom, boom and bust down. As a financial shares, its been hit very hard with all these eu dept crises, Greece to blame, look at rbs, lloy, all down big time, all these will bounce of the low. In fact I may be topping up on these. this is a penny financial share getting fixed for the future, have you seen and read the link I found, read it, even I was shocked.

So if we Vote NO, and win the vote, does this mean, there will be no pacing of new shares at 1 pence, which is for fund raising, I think, A no win, what does this mean for shares, will they go up based on that there will be no 1p placing or go down, that there will be no extra funds, any advice.
