Don’t forget the absolute major mess that the last convertible bond disaster caused, and that only was resolved a couple of months ago, and Satu had the gall to announce that it was done at a premium when it was plain to see for all that it was the worst finance package I have ever seen.

Freddy, it’s about 2 or 3 years since I was las I. Kingsbridge, although it’s not far the traffic can be a real pig as the quickest way is through Dartmouth. As a guess I’d say about 50 mins on a really good day and anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half on an average to bad day,.

Ie. Never trust a phone call with an aim company, never trust a presentation with an aim company they will lie to you with a big smile on their face. Only trust the rns and the accounts, as they are the only legally binding communications !

However, val has form in this area, the bill was probably around £40k. And to entice cairn to take it in shares, they offered them £54k in shares to provide a buffer/sweetener or whatever you want to call it. But the bottom line is that the directors don’t pay for it, the shareholders did !

Also have to remember that cairn financial are vals broker, so they will know more than we do, so I would expect to see the sale of their shares in the next few days, not the next few weeks..

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear.

Not sure if anyone has checked, but it seems today’s holdings rns is a result of val paying overdue bills in shares as there was not enough cash. The figures from today’s rns match with the figures from the last placing rns where they state extra shares were placed to settle outstanding liabilities.

Unfortunatley, those sort of unexepected shareholders never hold, they will sell for cash at the earliest opportunity . So we will see another rns confirming the sale sometime in the next week or two.

Uncanny, since you’re on the subject t of royalties, have you factored in the milestone psymebrs to CRUK and another 50% fee if it ever makes it to commercialisation ?
