Stumbler, the problem is that if they do manage sell anything or everything, due to the fact that the board of directors hold no meaningful shares, they get no meaningful reward, so they have no incentive to sell or do a deal as they won’t see any reward from it.

I think valirx board hold the lowest amount of their own company compared to every other company on aim. And that in itself should tell you everything you need to know.

Stumbler, I agree. I fully expect the results to be approved and moved on to phase 2b, however we will then see another 3 years or so of testing with ambiguous reporting and countless dilutions and possibly a further consolidation.
Basically more of the same.

I’m not sure if you remember just before the last consolidation the share price went well below the nominal price. It went down to 0.07p

So if they do the same again you would be looking at a possible 30% loss of a better entry price from 0.1p
