Perhaps your harmonica describes your personal disposition - if so buy as its the cheapest its been since mid 2011. I mean disasters requiring emergency power are'nt going to stop - they are likely to increase. However they WERE expensive on an earning per share valuation and so I'd put it on your watchlist only right now. This is not merely a 'resumption of diesel supples required' like CEY the other day. Then again Glasgow iis not Egypt and its not likely to be nationalised!

Very good article although I've no idea what would possess me to buy in at this stage. Which some still are I believe. Still, some people send money off to 'Nigerian princes' to support the most fanciful schemes - its a strange world. I suppose investing in AIM at all is only for the 'exuding with excess cash...' This looked like a good call. I was in for some time at 65p. I thought : surely Ebay could set up a cheap share dealing facility, after all they do it for stamps. But then the stamps are dealt in for their artistic value not their postage value and that is how the share certs. would be treated. I wish you all well.

...the recent bubble on the edge of the very visible abyss was an exercise in total brinkmanship. Watching it was very good education. I believed in this company and the googly that bowled over the regular shareholder was also an education. No such thing as a total 'no-brainer' stock. My sympathies to those who held with genuine shareholder ethics.

Its these kind of activities (like those Coldubai noted) that will cause big brother Europe to insist the rules are changed and trading gets a whole lot more bureaucratic (and expensive).

I sold out on the 147% spike meaning to get back in at 3p, due to indiligence (only!) I intended to keep until 2012 then the bastards reeled the poor PIs here in. I have difficulty drumming up the enthusiasm to buy stock now obviously. A lesson to all bottom feeders! Publications like Investors Chronicle had this stock as a buy at all prices from 65p down. I'll be interested in reading any updates they publish as well. Anyway portfolio repair can be found at RRL (DYOR as to your buy in point), yes I do own stock there.

What a sickener! How can any holder of this stock feel good about getting mugged like this. As preference shareholders have 80% of the value their votes will carry the day IMHO. Obviously it's merely a company 'floggit' to Pratt&Whitney or somesuch with a view to divest the ordinary shareholders of their equity. Quite disgusting! In fact is it wholly legal? One could say they would'nt try it if it was'nt going to go through on the back of pref. shareholders votes. I'm going to look into similar caselaw and check if its wholly kosher. I mean sharp practice like this would be common if it was so easy to get rid of ordinary shareholders - they would all be at it then private equity would dry up : end of capitalism. Surprised theres so little remonstrance of shareholders on here. Merry hell occurred over Railtrack when the Labour government decided to rob shareholders of their equity by putting the outfit into administration. If there is overhanging legal implications would'nt that endanger the company asset sell off? Thoughts pls? Perhaps they expect you to go gently into that goodnight. GTE action group perhaps? Anyone complained? Anyone got any response?
