I bought and sold and bought this share almost 5 years ago. Huge loss but I was always hopeful that it might offer humanity hope as some advances in science would be useful. Long way to go for me to break even I think.

I will do as RK suggests re writing to MPs. Mine is Lyn Brown, a decent constituency MP who probably keeps her head down given Labour Party issues...
I normally write to her re NHS and funding issues plus support for Remain.

Looking back on my early post, I pretty much asked for that. Am pensionable but able to appreciate! Especially a bit of fun. 69 in two days and just bought my very own pinball machine. Will be delivered (DV) in time for Easter. Sod chocolate, gimme vintage pinball.

Good morning all. I guess speculation in all senses keeps us entertained. If buyout was mooted, I would consider £1 a share to be derisory given this company, it’s assets and it’s clear potential. It’s a no from my holding.

It’s funny, I am not and never have been a day trader. Just not interesting for me. Yet I get drawn to looking at sp on a daily basis for this and bmn. Never bothered when I am on holiday, I can happily ignored re lse and my holdings. Does this mean I need more stimulation in my life on a daily basis?

I am older white woman, born in Trinidad, brought up in a number of former colonies (British, Dutch, Belgian) in a family that was always respectful of and to local people. Some of our fellow Europeans were of a more dinosaur disposition to be charitable. Whilst we can and should not erase history, I think it behoves us to learn from it. Some of our political and commercial history was pretty unpleasant and an artefact of its time of course. Now I love treading on toes and sticking two fingers up at convention but on balance I think it best if we could agree on a venue which has less colonial history so that we may all feel comfortable. I have faced white male priviledge in many places and I can challenge it but others may be less assertive. This is a celebration after all. Enjoy the day folks.

Been in Kew most of the day with neighbour celebrating her birthday. Truly lovely day, well worth the effort although quite a journey from East London.
Seem to have missed very little on here as we wait for news.

Good morning all. I am retired 5 years next month and am lucky enough - although worked hard for it - to have a defined benefit pension. It keeps me well as my needs are not huge. My investments in these two companies are the luxury items, no uni debt and my hoped for trip to Anghor Wat. I am still trying to determine where to add as my sell on Friday has meant I have sofa cash! I am wary of ATM being taken over but recognise the universality of tin usage. Not asking for advice, just musing.

Maybe I am a bit slow off the mark regarding a certain category of posters here and cycling references but I have just discovered Maurice Garin was stripped of TdeF title in early 1900s for cheating! Well, quelle surprise he pops up here periodically...
