Tried emailing Bion and their named representatives. No one has replied. Can't find anything in the press in Malaysia on them in the last six months. Given the industry they should be coining it in!

5 weeks for news or delisting is it? Given they would have been suspended for 6 months.

Although not a wholly owned subsidiary, its not lookin good for Serba. Need to distance the company away from Serba and the charged directors. About 60% owned by Serba and their directors (maybe wrong).

Probably trying to hide their wealth prior to being fined for Serba.

Feeling positive for next week. Accounts released. Cracking figures. Shares back on the market. 10p a share. The only problem being everyone will be selling thats been holding on here for the last 6 months!

Don't think its a sham, just think the directors are looking for the best play given the circumstances. Don't think they care about us, but they certainly care about making money, maybe that will work in our favour.

Wake up each morning in hope, rather than expectation we might hear something. Never known anything like it.

Surely AIM must have rules. If they do BION must have breached at least one of them. If they are to remain a credible platform they have to stop these shenanigans. How the communications officer sleeps at night whilst drawing a wage I will never know.

Given the idiots running the show in this country, its nice to see some govts welcoming the development of fuels we will need for the next 50 years, whilst we pay over the odds for something we have on our doorstep.

Maybe it will be bought out, depending what assets it has. If they are banned from being directors in Malaysia then don't see how Bion could trade without new directors as all their business is in Malaysia.

Lets hope there is another AGM. Not looking good for Serba, defaulted on debt repayment.

Really not sure what to think anymore. Serba still bringing in revenue, and still a going concern. If they can release a quarterley statement despite COVID, then BION should have provided their own accounts by now. I understand they are connected, but Bion should at least give the impression they are an independant company, or what have we bought shares in?
