What is sad is that all these shares will actually be bought and UKOG will get another £5m in its pocket. Then as mentioned before, a consolidation later in the year is likely and the experienced ones here all know what that means - a perfect way to then spend the next few years issuing more shares and diluting the consolidation.
I wish that someone had the time and ability to map out the last few years of this share price v shares in issue v RNS and then simplify into a story to show any new investor who comes along and reads the drivel and ramping on here just how bad an investment this share is.
UKOG over the last 7 to 8 years has shown me just how murky the world of AIM can be and how companies like this rely on new, naive investors to keep them afloat, all in the hope of them being the one that strikes gold. Sadly that very rarely happens and for UKOG now, with the shares in issue, they would likely have to hit more oil than BP and Shell have in reserves to move the share price above 1p !
Appreciate this will just get marked down as someone de-ramping but if it stops one new investor parting with their hard earned cash then I will feel better. Do you research guys, rely on facts and look back at the past 5 years or so - it tells you all you need to know.
