Agree 100%, and didn't Legge look down crested.

It is more the overall message this vote sent to the board.

Together PI's can be powerful, and the message sent to the board, it that we will hold them to account and that they can't just bulldozer things through.

They are now fully aware that they have to behave responsibly, so lets just hope they do as they now say, update shareholders in a far better and open way.

They could not release such news at the meeting, as it would have to be put out as a general public release, IE RNS.

No RNS because no firm contract has been signed, so all I expect is a holding RNS within next 48 hours, due to todays SP rise re the heads of agreement signed in Nov last year.

Now full ask being paid, with 3 to 1 on the bid.

Looks like a another tick up just around the corner.

As I understand it, mayors in Poland have more powers than UK mayors.

They have the main control over environmental issues plus where any EU funding is directed.

To me this means a fully signed contractual agreement is a forgone conclusion.

I agree the L/T of 08.01 can not be put down as 100% certain of being buy or sell, but you can be as certain as possible looking at the bid and ask price at the time of the trade, even allowing for the trade being well over the EMS.

It won't be a problem, re technicians where the EV units are easier to get to, such as on land businesses, especially as it has been mentioned several times by AFC, that maintenance will be very infrequent plus the robustness and reliability of the units is very good (if I remember correctly, tested for many weeks, running 24/7).

As I am sure you accept, regarding E-Extreme, they could not risk the unit becoming faulty, because of the big delay to the racing that would occur whilst technicians were flown out to the isolated sites.
