Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
I don't usually post links, so if you want to see what Acciona is doing in Spain see https://inmobiliaria.acciona.com/residential-developments/cadiz/ or just put Acciona construction Cadiz Spain.
No doubt a few will post that it is only one system, but from little acorns etc etc.
We have either all seen, or/and read about how quickly the authorities can move when urgency requires.
Construction of anything, from roads, factories and all infrastructures can be built at great speed when necessary, so if the government is as serious as they state regarding being more self independent of power, they could easily speed up planning permissions and all other bureaucratic areas where delays are the main obstacle to construction.
Plus of course pushing all those involved in that construction, to get a move on, similar to what was in 1939 and 1948 called the war effort.
Not wanting to make this sound more dramatic than it is, but one of the main ways to stop or/and prevent further blackmailing events (because that's what the Russian/Ukraine situation started of as0, is to take away some of the powers of fuel supply from Russia.
Fully agree Dr A,
It would have been better to have agreed a time limit with Peel for the first build, as Peel have very little to loose just sitting on the procrastination fence, whereas all delays are hitting PHE in the FOAK pocket.
I feel that PHE would have done better going down the route of paying an independent company to get FOAK site, plus all other avenues covered by Peel, playing them on results, plus timeline met, with of course as in most contracts, extra time required bringing payment penalties.
If they had done so, it would not have left PHE being continually bent over the Peel barrel.
I would bet that the new CEO would not have settled for such a one sided deal.
As this is the wording referred to from the RNS, 01/11/21 (The Company has also agreed to extend the availability period for the Loan facility provided to the SPV, announced on 12 May 2021, until 28 February 2022), all it appears to show is that the loan facility has not yet been taken up, so an extension had to be granted, otherwise the period would be closed as from today.
All involved need to put out an RNS that gives far more detail of exactly where progress is, otherwise there will be many adding their own details due to how they stand, positive or negative on PHE.
Tenbaggerboy,
The pic of the AFC unit is indeed from 2020, but the presentation which includes that pic is from 2022.
As the AFC unit has not changed its logo, colour or indeed any other detail, why should they take another pic.
Your point is not valid!
CarefulBunny,
My thoughts exactly.
This war will go quite a way in convincing countries that they can not rely on receiving power from foreign territories, and once the drag on all companies shares starts to be more selective, instead of sentiment ruling the roost over all companies shares, once the FOAK DMG is fully up and running (and possibly before) PHE and its technology will be more on the radar that before.
The biggest danger to the ever increasing sales of EV's will be the fear of the National Grid going down, such has happened in several parts of the country more than once this week, sometimes for several days.
The problem of course is that EV owners, both private and commercial being unable to drive to work, and that could include the vehicles used by the Nat Grid to both get to and repair the power lines.
The answer of course, is to have a power system that is completely separate and independent of the Nat Grid.
I wonder if there is a company that could help solve this problem!!!!!!
Have not posted for a while due to the noise blotting out the few sensible posts.
But have to give plaudits to the management team.
You don't change a big production line over lightly. The cost as sated is huge, so the confidence in the replacing product has to be 100% or as near as.
Plus the second RNS, stating 'significant acquisition', which leaves a very big question of what company, but whatever the answer is, I can't see them going after a company that does not greatly benefit Nanosynth, so it will probably be a company that is already tied into either production or/and assembly.
These RNS's, especially the first will put the company well into the radar of both the media and investors.
And when follow up contracts follow, which they surely will then the mind boggles as the the resulting mkt cap of the company.
Although the pandemic is slowly fading, the results of it will vibrate for many a year, resulting in good Covid (not just Covid 19) filters becoming a must have for many industries as well as social situations.
Agree that Adam Bond has stated many times that there are multiple systems sales and leasing opportunities in the pipeline, plus mentioning potential contracts multiple times, and as a holder since the company floated, my patience has been tested many times.
But.....if at least a reasonable percentage of these contracts, for sales and leasings do not materialise, he is leaving himself
wide open to investor and market actions re misleading comments (several instances of other company CEO's being pulled for such over the last 12 months), that is why I feel that finally we are on the cusp of making it big, and yes we have heard that before.
Even after 15plus years, I am now feeling more confident than I have for a long time.
I just hope AB proves me right, if not he is in the last chance saloon.
Segedunam,
Good post, spot on.
The ever, yes you did, no I didn't, plus all the posters tempted to continually reply to those that most have on ignore, is the main reason many of us no longer post on this thread.
I just had to reply to your post, hoping that people will take notice (I doubt it) and this thread gets back to a thread worth reading through, instead of skimming quickly down dozens of posts, looking for the ever rare post that actually is worth reading.
Aldebaran,
Even if a worldwide ban on making plastics of any kind came into force today, the current mountains of waste plastics would still take many years to dispose of, at a great cost, so there are plenty of such plastics to keep multiple DMG's going for years.
Remembering also that the PHE DMG can burn several other types of feed stock, including tyres of which there are tyre mountains as big if not bigger that the mountains of plastic.
If you don't want to come across as a poster with obvious de-ramping intentions, at least post with reasonable augments/comments that you can quantify.
Good sensible post Chameleon1, nearly missed it hidden amongst all the multiple posts either from (shown as filtered) or responding to one or more of those posters I filtered long ago.
Only look in now and again, skimming through and like many who have far better knowledge re AFC than myself very rarely post, which is a shame.
The only way this thread can get back to any resemblance of the quality thread it was so many years ago, is for all the grown-ups on here to ignore those they keep falling bait to by replying.
If you want to benefit from this thread, you know what to do.
The best bit...........The power produced in the hydrogen cell would be enough to power around 3000 homes for a few hours. No small feat for a unit that’s extremely small in size when compared to national grid industrial plants.
