I agree we will give away a massive share, that’s fairly obvious and we all know it. 70/30 is about as good as we can ask for, but that’s a dream in itself. We could even get as low as 90/10 but with a free carry to production. It won’t just involve 1 drill boom or bust though, there will have to be appraisals and wild cats etc included in that.

Our BOD have been very stubborn in the past and they have proven they will wait and throw their own money at this if they have to.

That’s what the recent fundraise screamed at me. We are in talks and we will show we don’t need to go back to the shareholders again and again to keep this dream alive. Pay us what we know we are worth or we will wait for someone who will.

Something is being worked on right now for sure. I don’t really care who with but I’m hoping for 80/20 split kind of deal.

Yeah I would. Some diversified investment would be nice, I won’t complain if it’s navitas, but it’s a lot of eggs in one basket and a lot of funding to find. That and it would be nice to see others come to the Falkland table and add confidence.

I think they didn’t mind letting it fall back gus, maximum equity for their $. This is what worry’s me, if they had raised after the malfunction interview I would have thought otherwise but they released the cash position and let the SP slide imo and we never got a slice of the pie. I can live with it, aslong as this is a hint of privatisation.

I think 50/50 is a dream and probably a bit unrealistic for us. 70/30 and a free carry would be an incredible deal imo. Darwin is huge and 30% is a monster stake. The options for growth from there are massive

I got my £4K top up first thing, showing as a sell.

I’ve been flat out today so never got to add. I thought I’d give it a day for the dust to settle, reassess the investment and make sure I’m not investing with emotions.

I transferred another £4K into my Isa ready for tommorrow.

I can’t see any negatives with today, the BOD have decided not to come back to us PI’s asking for more cash as they know we have suffered enough. They’ve executed a raise quickly, with a small discount to themselves, but job done and we crack on.

These sums are chicken feed to Harry and co I know so I don’t take this as an oppertunity to increase their equity at a discount while we lose out. These guys are looking to achieve huge multiples of todays share price.

All in all I wouldn’t have been surprised to have actually see this rise today instead of drop.

BOR is in a better position today than it was yesterday so I will be adding.

Yep, although I would have liked to participate I can also see why the BOD havnt come back to shareholders for money. This is a tick over fund while bigger things are aligning. I’m adding.

Been saying for the past two years when I started buying gold at £42k per kg. Buy borders and gold, and when borders ship comes in, buy more gold.
