am i too early, too late or doing something wrong as this is a new one for me

A markman hearing may encourage settlement because the judge's claim construction finding can indicate a likely outcome for the patent infringement case as a whole
I'm no legal eagle but this tells me that if the finding is against nano then i think they will discontinue. If it's for nano then the sensible option is for samsung to settle the claim
Both have the right to ignore the judge's findings and continue but this would lead to serious finacial consequences.

Hi NigWit thanks for the reply I agree caution is advisable with any investment and i'm not saying this is a sure thing just yet but the signing of the extension with the us corps and the recent deal with Plessey things seem to be going in the right direction

i spoke to TD around a week ago who gave three options,1 sell. 2 they could send me a share certificate.3 transfer to another broker,i've decided on the transfer and opened an account with HL,the process was quite easy just click on transfer on the HL page and fill out the online form,a couple of days later i got a letter to sign and date and return to HL.i've just read an email from TD which says it will take upto six weeks to process the transfer also if i had left my shares at TD they said they would show as having no value because they don't trade with helsinki.hope this is of help to those new to this like myself...GLA

the vote to de list was carried on the 14th of june that all shares are to trade on the helsinki stock exchange by the 14th of july....ALB

apologies for my late reply,didn't go into much on the phone but like yourself was thinking of HL,i'm hoping it's a simple process but it's new to me.as far as i know we have untill sometime in july to transfer so no rush just yet and will wait for the corporate action notice next week and will post the gist of what it says.once again apologies.....ALB

rang td direct,said a corporate action notice would be on the site later this week but the young lady on the phone said they don't trade on the helsinki exchange so i will need to transfer my shares,will wait to read the notice and then decide hope this is of help to someone.would like to thank the regular posters for keeping me up to date.....ALB

the chief financial officer said on reuters that london shareholders would be largely unafected,i think this means shares will transfer to helsinki and be priced in euros.not something i ve come across before so may be wrong

have re read quite alot not all i must admit the majority of which has been talked about on this bb over the past year.you are right that caution is required but does not change my long term view.i hope that over the next year or so talv are on a more secure financial position and are able to re hire those who lost their jobs and pay creditors.local contractors have been badly hit by talvs fall but surely their futures are linked,my opinion only and good luck to you and all invested in talv

is a company set up in 2007 and is composed of the finnish state, around 40 finnish companies and rosatom.the consortium will construct a nuclear reactor built by rosatom.talvivaara own a 4% stake in the project with the idea being to lower future energy costs

with the nickel ban in indonesia and the situation in ukrain this looks likely to strengthen the nickel price which is predicted to be 22000usd/t by year end.talv have huge proven resources and can mine for many years,this is why i think the market cap has room to go higher and therfore the sp.china`s inventories of nickel built up before the ban look set to be depleted or low by august and supplies will need to be sourced before that time.i also think the price of zinc will improve later this year.all is my opinion only and good luck to all those holding talv
