I think... I could be wrong but it seems a lot of people are selling to try and recoup some of the RTO losses. Volume is big but not a sustained rise.

Good to see COPL moving again. I am hesitant to jump back in. After a long time stuck in the RTO COPL is still running lower than it should be.
