@Muscles12 - that is still to be confirmed. As the RNS said they were shocked by the outcome from the partner and ADV had done their own research and were assumed it was a good well.

They have a dented reputation and need to fix it.

IF they don't then we can call them crooks.

I have been holiday this whole time and not seen many of you guys post.

Muster up enough shareholders to call a meeting and vote to boot them out or block any payments. We were pretty close to doing this with BOU and MTFB.

We just need to work with the NOMAD to count the shares etc to have enough to call a vote / meeting and have the necessary things to be voted for.

Quite easy with enough shareholders.

Buy spread as well.

I think there might be a glimer of hope someday soon.

To be honest, even if we lost it is means the weasls having to be dragged through the mud is enough for me.

People forget the names of the crooks all too easy.

The BoD IF they do let this die should never be part of a listed company again.

I personally don't think it is a case of a "manipulated" story. I think the BoD had good intentions and want to impress the market with how good they are. We had just had a bit of bad luck. You only get one chance sometimes in this market and people remember. I personally think the BoD will try and salvage this and save face.

IF this does die, I would be in favour of some sort of legal action for conjecture and malpractise of the BoD.

The best was G3E we went into suspension to get a course case sorted out. Turns out the company didn't own any assets and the "parent" company owned it all haha

Technicall they did have something:

1. Money
2. An asset that could have produced
3. Pipeline of more assets
4. A listing on a major stock exchange

haha HE1 - another ramp by the CEO and everyone lose a wedge. If you bought at the spiked high and loose mid Jan you would be down 75%
