Best Christmas wishes to you to Marksman. I join you in hoping for Fastjet taking off at last. I have recommended your post for luck!
Enjoy yourself my friend
Good evening Marksman.
I am pleased to report that I am still around and in good health. I have just finished a season of bowls and was able to play all matches except one. Doing lots of walking too.
Good to see you are around and I hope you are well too. Can't believe it is so long since I posted. An AWOL Stalwart has returned!
Happy New Year to you Marksman. You are the true Stalwart. An unusual Christmas and NY to be sure.
All the best to for 2021 with every hope that t will be better for you,
I think it depends on what the institutional investors do. My assumption is that they will vote No.
If they vote no then the PI s could be key. Solenta are the majority shareholder but they do have to cross the 75% threshold. Not a certainty in my view.
Solenta may have bought more shares but, to date no notification of that has been received.
I'm voting NO.
Thank you Tanyax6. I will be part of the united front. I will definitely hold. Hopefully the institutional investors will be obliged, under their duty of care to their investors, to take the situation to regulatory authorities.
It may be a pointless gesture but I wouldn't like the proposals to be completely unopposed.
I agree that the news this morning was concrete. It has resulted in a good rise. The volatility of the market leads me to the conclusion that more reassuring news will be needed to take the SP past. 0.2.
I seem to recall that you had concerns about the volatility of the market on an earlier occasion, after the last spike.
Could be that buyers are put off by the ups and downs of today. More concrete news needed to build confidence?
Inane messages put off investors? I would agree with that. Thats why I don't post so much.
The position is clearly stated. I bought my last shares in the Company today. I am happy to risk my money, knowing this is a very high risk share. Boom or bust. No safety net.
The RNS of 8th June stated there would be an update in the last week of June i.e. today or tomorrow.
I am a long term investor in this company. I never operated a stop loss thinking the share would turn round.
A new investor has taken the plunge with what he calls a "Massive risk." He has bought at 0.2. I would suggest that if the price falls to 0.12 that he sells his shares.
It is called a stop loss ad helps an investor to leave with some of their investment.
I might do if there is an RNS clarifying the position about the consortium. I am surprised that all the positive posts of yesterday did nothing for the SP.
For me that demonstrates underlying concerns for the future of the Company
Are you saying that to get cheap shares they will have to sell quickly?
My feeling is that the price will fall today. If it does I'll be able to buy back more shares.
Lets see what happens. I don't believe in posting too many times in a day. That would make me look desperate.
I make no apology for the cautious approach. Starting flights will be challenging and passengers have to have confidence to get on the aircraft too. Good luck with your investment.
Thank you. No FJET flights yet. No RNS. Ill be waiting for confirmation before I invest further.
Thank you sir. It will interesting to see what happens.
Very good discussion without condescension. I would have thought that M&Gs departure is managed to some degree. If I have read it right an existing II would have to declare themselves after buying 1% of the shares.
Is it a reasonable assumption that if there is a declared buyer then the SP is likely to rise?
