I agree with that dvh, i think they want it done with no funding issue and seeking to increase borrowing capacity will secure the funding even more. It just takes time. August is the target and we are just in june. There could be minor hiccups on the way that can push it to September (I hope not). Nevertheless, future still looks bright. Strong hold!

We'll have to wait and see what turns out and not based judgement by just knowing the investor. For now lets savor the update and move on. What has been excecuted will remain unchanged (unless you do something about it rather than whining). Overall, it is reassuring for me. Very happy with the update.
