As the share price continues to fall will this mean the price we get for selling the rights falls too? Halifax told me the indicative guide price was £2.25 but in my account they are currently listed about £1.75

Thanks and I understand a bit better now but it’s difficult to understand what your agreeing to if it’s unknown. so another scenario then, let’s says I’ll eligible to purchase 100 shares but only take up the offer to buy half, will i then get money back the other half of my rights offer that I chose not to buy ?

I use Halifax to buy / sell /hold shares, they have said I can either take up my rights which I understand but I can also sell my rights, what does this mean? What am I selling and any idea how much for? Halifax doesn’t give any details and I’m a bit confused. Thanks

Is there any way to work out yet what sort of return we can expect via a dividend payment in the future or is it just finger in the air at the moment. Getting to the point of thinking of cashing out but wondering whether to ride it out and see what we get as a divi once we are making cash.

Sorry all, it’s my fault the price has dropped. Every time I buy a share it seems to plummet. I bought it at start of the week and gone down all week. I also bought Bitcoin a few weeks ago when it was £30k. Advice for you all, never all the same for investments as me ??

I’m lucky in that I used to work for NG so vast majority of my holding was bought through share save scheme at a discount but agree that this is a solid defensive share which should still pay a dividend and maybe even go upto £10 once covid 19 is out of the way. I’m not selling for a long time as this should form the foundation of my pension in years to come. All in my own opinion
