The big boys spend millions on televised advertising campaigns.
And this is why Dish will struggle imo, even if they do manage to raise a couple of million quid it will be money to survive and keep the cogs turning for another year, with no decent advertising an marketing I don't think the big boys will be interested once the free period ends.

Worrying thing is it would still only generate 2.4million revenue and that's a best case scenario assuming all restaurants would be paying £100 per dine in and takeaway options.
We are also assuming there isn't going to be a large drop in numbers once the free period is over.

Again this outfit will need alot more revenue than that to operate imo

Hopefully results due this year will show an uptick, however it's next years results i would be more concerned about as the way I see it BigDish is currently acting as nothing more than a free to use electronic directory enquiries that isn't generating a bean.

If they did manage to get the much needed funding in the next few months, almost another year will have passed generating next to zilch, I can imagine ( IF they do get funding shortly and that's a big if ) they will be in exactly the same position this time next year needing more cash.

Not many in my opinion, I think they would have been better sticking to the charge per cover approach, I think the change could prove to be a major mistake

With no news of any retainer or retention period after all these restaurants have had their 6months free I don't see how BigDish plan to keep them on there platform most people haven't heard of.

Remember they couldn't get 1000 restaurants in an almost 2 year period when BigDish was only wanting to charge 50p a pop

When the remainder of 2020 aka the honeymoon period is over I expect the restaurant numbers on the platform to start to drop like flies

With no revenue and no sign of any revenue by way of retention clauses I really do fear the worst.

I think there will alot of short sharp conversations played out like the above and struggle to see how they will retain restaurants when they try to charge for a platform hardly anyone has heard of.
2 years practically wasted and with hardly any brand awareness they will struggle imo.

Any boutique investor would delve alot deeper than the average investor, in addition if there was any news on the desperately needed funding front it would be in Dishes interest to inform the market ASAP to try to build much needed confidence and stop the decline in its tracks.

Only thing that can stop to wrot imo is news of funding
And I think if there was any positive news on this front the market would have been updated already.

With no news the decline looks set to continue with results due shortly and operating a voluntary business for the remainder of 2020.

Any rise appears to be short lived as Dish now appears to be struggling to impress the market so I'm not sure how they'll manage to impress a boutique investor when they explain

This is why I'd agree with Hit how can investors trust AB after the last funding fiasco ( we are fully funded lol )turned out to be a load of tosh.

His priority should be to sort the funding and issue an RNS updating share holders of the situation, not posting cryptic tweets that frankly i'd take with a pinch of salt.

Without income for 6 or 7 months I would imagine in the region of 3million being needed to keep the cogs turning for another year at the current M/C that would equate to approximately another 120million shares hitting the market.
80million shares = £2million I don't thing 2 million would be enough so if its 3million they wouldn't be far off half a billion shares. Wow
