The Super App carrot isn't going to wash

Looks like this great news everyone was waiting for is a super app like Smithy says that no one has heard of and with no money to spend on advertising it doesn't look like a lot will get to here about it.

Looking forward to the results this month anybody know what date they are due to land ????

Thanks Smithy if they had stuck to the original plan 50p to £1 per cover until established say 1500 restaurants wouldn't have taken to long as restaurants will be clutching at straws for business.
They then could have raised funds for a marketing campaign and follow this up by raising the cover from
£2.50 per cover for no discount booked through the app
£2 per cover for a 10% to 15% discount
£1.50 per cover for a 25% to 35% discount and finally
£1 per cover for a 50% discount or 2for1 offer
This new approach will not work
The telesales never got upto capacity and was doing fine with limited staff, once numbers increased investors would be keen to put up money that then could have been spent on advertising, I said over a year ago University's would have been a great starting point for advertising.

To me it looks like a total f__k up now and I expect restaurant numbers to drop like flies.

Spread all across the UK it would have to be over half a million before any restaurant manager with two ounce of sense would part with £250 a month to be placed on the so called "SUPER APP" that hardly anyone has or has even heard of
Imo this is a major slip up by the management with no money for advertising/marketing restaurants will not pay £250per month

Although not currently invested i can see great things here short term.
Currently all funds tied up elsewhere but will be looking to climb back on board in 6weeks time this will give the team time to show the market the progress that has been made during the lockdown.
Profit takers today - was always going to happen due to how volatile the shareprice is. Once the short tremors are gone this will bounce, hopefully not to high for a few weeks.

Worrying post Smithy if the already well established Deliveroo are making this offering it is going to make it very difficult for BigDish in particular
I see this as a real spanner in the works and a clever step by Deliveroo to crush a large number of food tech start ups that are trying to grab a piece of the pie.
The BigDish model is great and it looks like one of the Bigboys has noticed and decided to trample on any chance that was left of the BigDish team making this work.

Personally I'd expect some form of dilution but knowing how heavily AB is invested one thing is for sure any dilution would be at an absolute minimum like it was last time.
Aidan is well placed when it comes to funding and investing I'd rather have him in the same corner than be sat facing him.
There are investors with money stockpiled looking for opportunities in the food technology sector and i'd say none present a better opportunity than BigDish
