The not so global world we live in. I am with AJ Bell but I am also trying to open one with Silver Bricks which is an eAccount. A few forms to fill out though, but you don't need local bank account.

If you work back from the 15th, we will have to get news on Monday or Tuesday.
A few chunky trades supporting it at 5.1. You may get lucky. Rather bizarrely looks like people are selling out ahead of next weeks news.
I hold mine in an ISA. I believe it is tax free until it comes off AIM. CGT applies from the price it leaves aIM and upwards.
That is a startling fact. They were also closed during some of that period because of the Chinese New Year holiday and covid lockdown. Imagine what they must be doing now ! Good find Millsm.
I think you are onto something here. Or they have an acquisition target.
Sadly it seems as though a market maker is working through a large block. Some funds are not allowed to hold foreign stocks. We just have to wait for it to clear. Sad. But we have 3 weeks.
That last item is a highly unlikely scenario as the BOD own most of the shares and are motivated by the highest SP. Having read the draft prospectus (many times to glean information) I think you will see a share offer in the range of 10.5 p to 15.5p. Given the average PE ratios on the HKEX and that an IPO is often priced about 20% below the value as you want the SP to go up over the first few months, my guesstimate is about 12p. Good luck.
I have half my holding with AJ Bell. They tell me there is no minimum for holding or selling shares. But there is a minimum for buying. I would suggest to anyone that they should call them and see if it suits their needs.
Lorcun. It is a shame that there is resistance at this level. It will clear soon and we will move up to the HK listing price. I reckon 12 to 15p. I think this will happen quite quickly. Personally, I expect we will see an RNS to announce the prospectus. An RNS to announce 10 days remaining to trade. An RNS to announce the share subscription and buyback and then a RNS to say bye bye and thanks for all the fish. Maybe a few other technical announcements too.
I am sure they have a plan. You don't go through all of that effort unless you have a plan. I doubt the HKEX would have accepted their submissions without a share price plan. The preliminary document talks about an offer and auction. I am really really really looking forward to seeing the final version with the pricing information. It is about 400 pages and needs some reading.
Looks like their is some downward pressure. Probably some shareholders who can't be bothered to open a HKEX account want out. But as we have all discussed this needs to be at 11-15p or higher to list on the HKEX with a fair value, so we should at least double by the 15th of July. Should be more news as they progress.
First day on Hong Kong Stock Exchange = 15th of July. 15th of July for millsm's 15p. Looks auspicious.
News must be imminent. Looking forward to a fantastic week. The large blocks on Friday suggest some people are in the know.
We are comfortably trading above the Double River Pre-IPO share price of 5p. Once we have the HKEX listing date, i would expect for this to shoot up. The consensus here seems to be 10p to meet the minimum HKEX listing requirement and >15p would be the correct peer-group valuation on the HKEX.
Looking forward to 2x-3x as people see the arbitrage opportunity.
Yesterday we had chunky £15k blocks. Today we have £5.76. What is going on. funny things happen at 5.7p.
I concur with the analysis and 10.4p will be the minimum required to achieve admission. But I expect to see higher as no company targets the minimum threshold. I think the upper threshold will be 17p. This assumes that that they raise £10m and that they achieve the average HKEX PE ratio of 15. IPOs are often discounted by 20% so, if we are having a sweepstake, I am going for 13.6p at IPO and forecast it to have a 17p price target from the brokers.
These large blocks bode well. This must be more sophisticated investors that can see the arbitrage. This is so undervalued and the readmission to the HK market will reset the story and correctly rerate this on a PE of 15 in my opinion.
