Evidence, evidence the people demand evidence. There are big assumptions across the board due to lack of concrete evidence otherwise the SP would not be what it is in both stocks.

If it was all factual it would have passed that's what makes a fact a fact and when it's a fact the SP will reflect it until then it's confidence in assumptions and sentiment.

We can't constantly demand evidence when someone has a different opinion or we would be sat here asking for evidence Laverda that Bernie has finance and guess what there is none. If all your decisions were fact based you would be investing in different markets!

I could go in circles with you all day as you seem to view the two companies as competing for who is right and who is wrong.

I simply say Prem will be producing first and you assume KOD already have finance and I'm not assuming that.

Two different approaches, one by the letter of Laverda law and one not, which is why you struggle with the risk of PREM as an investment. I put a lot of weight in finance risk and what that may look like as investors we have no idea what they will ask for or what it will look like.

The long and the short is PREM will sell lithium before KOD and it may be that KOD have "full production plant" before PREM

So production then Lav and Daz. We can agreed that they will be entering production

So production then Laverda. The one thing you keep saying PREM isn't going to be doing. PRODUCTION.

Laverda next stop isn't full production. Next stop is securing 65 million and at what cost to KOD. Please stop pretending that isn't a very very big hurdle. If it was simple someone would have popped up and done it a while back. Or said pending DMS application we have the money.

You negate constantly the 35 million secured and the potential to generate revenue next year.

You have to see both sides of the coin lol

Ultimately lots of IFs and risks on both sides.

IF the Pilot plant does work as it's supposed to then there will be a decent chunk of cash available to PREM without needing finance externally. One way or another 6 months into next year it will become a hell of a lot clearer...hopefully.

Same for KOD it may well be 6 months into next year (early 2023) before finance is sorted. Then another 12 months from there to generate revenue.

In theory if all goes well for both then they could both be ready to produce substantial amounts of lithium at the same time but following different paths of how they got there.

At the same time one could work and not the other or both fall flat on their face. It's less than 6 months to really find out the case on that and the risks associated with both are reflected in the current SP.

The risk could be argued is higher in PREM because they don't have the paperwork that KOD do but vice versa the risk higher in KOD because they don't have any finance.

Yep I've checked there credentials and dealt with some large companies along with many placements. That's what adds more risk with this pushback,the longer it drags on the more likely needing funds become

Weighing up what some might do and sell out assuming placement and then buying back in at cheaper against selling out and it happening quickly and having to buy back in for more.

You seem to have a real issue with PREM Laverda. Just invest in both and then you won't have to be so bitter!

To me it's a coin toss on how much faith you have in early 2023 being the first 8 weeks or early being sometime towards the end of the first 6 months assuming you don't take into account Daz suggestions that you should add 30 percent to whatever Bernie says!

Laverda you are making a big leap about finance confirmation. You and Daz I know are heavily driven in your risk assessments by facts. Please point me in the direction of a fact that my investment in KOD has finance agreed. I can find it no where other than references that they are discussing, trying to get finance.

Anyone can have those discussions at any point and is by know means a fact that it is anywhere close to being secured.

By your own admission you think it's already agreed. But we'll thinking isn't fact lol
