Elliselblow you also need to convert that it's 200 million USD. So actually 159 million GBP and prudent to assume it's for around 28 billion shares so a SP more like 0.567

Nope you need to include the other 1.4 billion into the calculation that Canmax will have + the other 2.5 billion he will use one way or another. Plus Canmax have agreed a valuation of 200 million for the recovery of their prepayment. No one else has valued it at that and there's no indication they would want to buy it at that either.

Martino girl so if the company got a valuation of Zulu at 200 million I'd say that it would comfortable pass the balance sheet test. Would far outweigh it's liabilities 👍 worst case let's say it has 35 million to pay back and add another 10 million for good measure as a liability. Even if they had Zulu valued at 100 million they would have a healthy balance sheet. If GR screws it all up he would have a few months to get a robust valuation of Zulu assets.

Don't panic even even with his track record of failure he wouldn't be able to mess up that badly!

He sold out a huge chunk Gazza with his inside knowledge from his puppet master he never shares (he doesn't have to just beware of the puppet promises).
