That looks correct to me Roadrunnr.

Shows what they can do.....
As the Italia MDC has been mentioned today, here's a link to info gathered together about the project,

More to come for all projects...
The Planning Application for Deeside is going before the Flintshire CC Planning Committee at their next meeting on Wednesday 27th October at 1pm.

North Fork Community Development Council have finally published the minutes from their last meeting on 27th September.
It comes as no surprise that they are now giving away very little information about the biomass plant in their minutes....but anyway here it is....
"Biomass plant – construction and financial update: Wade Wheeler gave and update on the progress of the plant. Funding issues are being worked on."

Just to add something about the MDCs...
In the recent Investor Meet presentation, DP said,
"...and we now have two (MDCs) , we are probably targeting another two more by Q1 next year"
EQTEC "hope" that North Fork will become an MDC, not sure if that is included as one of the two more MDCs targeted, or not....
As aandi says, set up on your phone first after that it's very easy to set up on pc. PC app presents a QR code on screen which you scan using the telegram app already set up on phone and that's it. Worked for me....
A quick read of the document DerSack posted highlights the importance of North Fork as an MDC for EQTEC in California,
It's quite a lengthy document, but basically four biomass power generation options were evaluated to determine which would best suit the needs of Tuolumne County,
1. 3 MW standalone plant using gasification/internal combustion (IC) engine technology.
2. 3 MW standalone plant using conventional boiler/steam turbine technology.
3. 5 MW cogeneration plant selling 3MW to the utility and supplying steam heat and power to
adjacent businesses as allowed by California law (Preferred Scenario)
4. 5 MW cogeneration plant selling 5 MW to the utility (current CPUC staff proposal) and
supplying steam to adjacent businesses.
Interestingly, Option 1, the gasification option, was eliminated because it compared poorly financially to the other options.
The report states,
"There is, however, great difficulty preparing a firm financial analysis of this technology" due to many unknowns and the assumptions made.
There are also a number of technical uncertainties about gasification detailed in the report,
"In addition to the poor financial performance, gasification technology faces the technical uncertainties described above. Therefore, the consulting team concludes that the conventional technology approach is much more predictable as demonstrated by many currently operational in California. Consequently, the more conventional boiler/turbine arrangement was selected as the basis of the biomass technology utilized in the remaining scenarios."
So having eliminated gasification as an option, a conventional boiler/steam turbine cogeneration plant was finally selected as the preferred option.
Hence the need for North Fork as a MDC to demonstrate the technology and provide 'proof-of-concept' that it should be the technology of choice for small biomass plants in California.
You're thinking about the document I shared the link to yesterday DerSack, page 3

I'll answer on behalf of aandi, hope he doesn't mind...
The 2023 revenue forecast of €150m comes from the latest Arden brokers note, 29th September 2021,
You can get to it (and the Align Research notes too) via the EQTEC website,

Another interesting snippet of information (which I forgot to highlight) from the Greg Stangl letter in the linked document I posted earlier,
"we anticipate that in response to market changes for the byproduct we will be installing somewhat greater capacity to produce biochar."
Although there hasn't been any official updates regarding commissioning etc, if you take a look at the linked document below, especially page 7 (A letter from Phoenix Energy CEO Greg Stangl, on behalf of North Fork Community Power) you'll see that the utility company, Pacific Gas & Electric have a date for connecting North Fork to the grid of 31/03/2022 and NFCP should have completed the purchase of all plant and equipment by 30/06/2022.

As DP brought up computer simulation in the latest Proactive video, I thought I'd share this old (2014?) 'EQTEC Software Platform' document describing the 'EQTEC Kinetic Model' and the 'EQTEC Monitoring Platform' in more detail.
https://docplayer.es/storage/23/1885728/1632745962/XmKQLzsCe6eyFVlN8qfQUg/1885728.pdf
"EQTEC has developed the EQTEC KINETIC MODEL (EKM) platform, the result of an R&D Project over the last three years. The EKM is a powerful simulation tool based on a computer aided kinetics model, capable of predicting the thermochemical processes of solid degradation that take place in a gasification plant with EQTEC Gasifier Technology. This computer simula - tion using numerical models enables us to determine the optimum gasification conditions of each type of waste depending on its chemical composition."
The EKM is a very powerful tool for EQTEC and I feel it will become even more important when they move forward with a licensing model. Giving licensees training and access to it would allow them to take on some/all of their own design work as (hopefully!) the volume of business grows beyond EQTEC's ability to handle it all internally.
The EMP is another powerful tool which enables remote monitoring, automatic operation, manages the maintenance intervals and collects historical data on the functioning of the plant. This forms part of the O&M contracts which EQTEC specify for all of their plants and which generate a recurring income.
Phil, my take on EQTEC taking a portion of the O&M contract for Southport would be because they would only be providing a portion of the technology for the plant.
Given that we know that Southport will be similar to Deeside, we know from the planning documents for Deeside that ArrowBio will be providing the anaerobic digestion and waste sorting technology and it would be logical for them to have an O&M contract for their own equipment and for EQTEC to do the same.
