With regards evidence of my holding, I was never asked when I joined.
I was sent the link to join by yourself a few weeks ago and was happy to join.
That said, I am fairly close to the company and happy watching it's progress.

What a day for the micro cap stocks.
9m sold here and only 1.85m bought.
Sellers winning and the MM's have no issue but to lower the share price to find some buying activity.

Closed with 15.3m shares sold versus around 6m bought.
That explains the falling bid price.
I think we just have to expect weakness across the whole micro cap market for now and sit tight.

There is a Telegram group, but they insisted this week that all members formally prove that they hold a position. I chose to leave as that could throw up GDPR and Privacy concerns for me.

Why when a share price falls do posters say things like ‘yet the MM’s drop the SP’
This share, and to be fair most micro cap stocks the last 6 months, are awash with sellers. Every day we see selling and personally I am surprised POW is not lower.
Today is a great example of that selling. Investors running for the hills this morning.

If they ever manage to persuade a juggernaut to be named in an rns, the share price will go bezerk!
Whilst not named, I believe they have a juggernaut as you call it! The market just refuses to accept that fact...

I don't think we know why there is continual selling?
It could be 1p warrants but for them to be selling the warrants we would be seeing RNS' advising the market of warrant being exercised?
The truth is we hope it is 1p placing shareholders and 1p warrants that are being sold as we do not want to find out that revenues are low and expenditure is high.

I agree. Hard to keep the faith as most micro cap stocks have fallen significantly this last 6 months.
Brsd is just one of many that have fallen... and I would be more worried if just Brsd.
I stay focused on the company and each and every piece of news and all I see is progress.
ARR guidance is just over $5m up from $3.2m and all I see is the opportunity to increase the ARR more speedily in the coming 3 years.

The 5m at 0.177 is a sale
The RSP at that time 13.30 was 0.177 - 0.18
After the 5m sale it switches to 0.1763 - 0.179

scottyboy, it is rare for any listed company to pump out news as frequently as MOS have delivered of late.
As investors, I feel we are clear where we are and that projects and revenues are progressing.
Happy to wait for updates.

The one month AJ/LH campaign will coincide with the full listing imo also.
Any sales and branding benefit is a positive bonus as well.

Very difficult to say - 5 years is a long time in crypto world.
I think it will be extreme for sure - and by that I sense we will either be £10 or 5p.
No middle ground.

I am aware that customer numbers are through 115 and likely higher.
Just need them to hit that $5.12m of ARR…
I sense 2022 May grow more quickly but happy with what the team has achieved to date.

Assuming a CPM of $5 which seems a common amount paid I gather, then to glean £3.2m of revenue would require...

Revenue is already getting close to $100,000 per month.
Legacy revenue as RNS'd on the 12th July is £35,000 or $47,000 per month
Mexico as RNS'd on 13th October advised through 10,000 subscribers so $43,333 a month
Argentina we have been advised today took $14,000 in October
I make that around $104,333 a month assuming no slippage and no further growth...
All building very nicely.

The prints at 17.4 are buys and the current price is
17.11 - 17.88
