Eeerrr, last years was on the 17th Dec...and it announced Bids beating expectations says Mr Paranoia.

And there could be one on the 17th Dec of this year. I am just pointing out the mathematical chance of any announcement diminishes as time slips away!

I am not sure I talked to a trading update being positive or negative, so please keep that paranoia that all are negative bar yourself to yourself.

My point was more aimed around any trading update being specific to an increase or decrease from the £4m guidance of 10% being the only reason for any trading update this side of January.

It was explained to me as follows...

Quanta through Streams provide Livescores app/service to Telco who push that out to their clients

Every time the Telco client subscribes to the Livescores service they pay MOS UK bank account $1 per week per subscriber. It is the Telco who pay MOS, so they are paying and not holding anything back.

The Telco is happy to pay for quality content/apps to provide to their clients as a valued added service.

I have read that RNS Hepseal, and thanks for posting.

FYI, my understanding is the $1 weekly subscription fee is paid by the Mexican Telco directly to MOS so the complete $10,000 per week is revenue to MOS.
If there is any payment to Quanta, that would be a cost of sale .

12th July RNS states £35,000 per month of streams platform revenues - $46,725 at 1.335
13th October RNS states Mexico is through 10,000 subscription's so effectively $10,000 revenue per week or $43,333 per month
Assuming yesterdays RNS is to the end of October we have a minimum of $90,058 a month as opposed to the 'exceeds $80,000'
I guess $90k exceeds $80k ,,,,
Good growth so far and will be good to see what the end of December ARR looks like as that will drive the share price.

Bottomz will certainly get to the bottom of it.
For all of us more balanced posters I think we just sit and wait for that trading update...

The word 'if' is key guzzler?
It would have been useful for the trading update to have provided a date, as end September changes the ARR starkly from end November.
I am also a little confused with $80,000 monthly run rate as previous RNS's would suggest that the monthly number should be higher, but I get the wording does state 'exceeds' so all good.
The key for me is the numbers growing into Q1 next year as that should give us better understanding of what can be achieved.

I may well disagree with you on the MM's calling the shots but I certainly agree with your statement 'just worry about the Company getting some news out'...
We can only stay invested as we see positive news coming out from the company.
The share price is affected by short term events (such as the 0.10p placing and warrants) and rarely reflects the true value of the business.
If you believe in the company you hold long term...

SP falling in a straight line almost certainly (but not exclusively) due to 0.10p shares being sold out.
And unfortunately as we all know there was 5.5bn of them so we just cannot tell how far further this can fall?
We know the positives but there are also unknowns?
A trading update would certainly be useful as the company end the year?
In the meantime I am continuing to buy small amounts.

The shares are undervalued, yes.... but the small portfolio of holdings are falling weekly.
Current nav is around 1.25p with the resource stocks being weak.
Cash was just over £1m at end June so difficult to assess current cash position.
I sense a move to 1.05/1.10 may be the right value?
