I gather there has been a buyer in decent size this last few days - maybe one buyer but looks like two or more?

Finally the company are valued at just £4m - still looks rather low in my opinion given the growth and momentum we have seen for the four years...

I am looking for a strong 2nd half and for the company to beat the latest revenue forecast of £8.3m but the most important number (to me anyway) is that profit number - Can it beat the £500,000 forecast?

Hoping to see some forecast numbers for 2026 soon also... what would £10m revenues and maybe profit getting closer to £1m do for that share price.

At £1m profit and a forward PE of an undemanding 12 would suggest the share price hitting 1200p in the next 6 to 12 months.

That's the reason we have a buyer or three...

Tesco like CPX would be expected to RNS a new contract or sale that was greater than 10% of it's annual turnover - as it would be deemed significant and likely unusual/positive.

Last full year revenue was A$4.6m, so I would expect new contracts or sales above A$500k to be announced by RNS...

Re MOS

Please be patient...

A share price can rise or fall based on a MM having a buy or sell order on there pad and depending whether it is a passive or aggressive order.

If the order is aggressive then the MM will raise his bid price if a buy order and chase the stock...

An example could be as follows -

Share price is 0.3725 - 0.3895 on The RSP - showing 0.37 - 0.39 on SETS which is the price the LSE platform shows.

MM receives an order to buy 30m shares with a limit of 0.40p

The MM would likely lift the bid price immediately to 0.3740p and chase loose sellers.

If they are not getting selling they may well raise the bid to 0.385p chasing selling.

Hence the SP rises but potentially with minimal trading.

Well the market liked the trading update...

It has been a long ride so nice to see the stock being bought.

Trading Update

SpaceandPeople (AIM:SAL) the brand experience, retail and promotional specialist, is pleased to announce a positive pre-close trading update for the half-year ended 30 June 2025 ("H1-25").

Trading during H1-25 has been strong, particularly in the UK brand experience sector, with Group revenue being £3.7m (H1-24: £2.9m).

During H1-25 the Group opted to invest into innovating and improving our warehousing and operations efficiencies. Even when factoring in this planned one-off investment, the Group has delivered a significant upswing to a break even position at the half year stage versus a £0.2m loss at same time last year. As a result, the Group now anticipates full year revenue for 2025 will be approximately £8.3m with profit before taxation of approximately £0.5m.

As at 30 June 2025, the Group had net cash of £0.75 million (H1-24: negative £0.40 million).

The Group expects to announce its H1-25 results during the week commencing 15 September 2025.

I do not think that SWC is struggling to raise fresh cash...

Another BTC Treasury Company has successfully raised - closed already - and will be announced in the coming days, so cash is still happily piling in.

My concern is that whilst I understand a premium, I cannot see how the premium should be 5 times the value of cash holdings (BTC + Fiat)

I have been buying BTC for literally years and am more than happy to sit at zero premium.

They have £4m in the bank, so cash is not needed as of today and likely for some time to come...

That said, it would be interesting to see what revenues are coming in from the web design business - I believe it was around £250,000 a year...

Also, keen to understand what the annual cost of running the overall company may be - yesterday I was on a broker call re another BTC treasury company listing any day now and there annual costs were £700,000... and they are listing on AIM.

Not sure SWC is struggling to get fresh funds, but I do wonder how long they can place/raise at closing share price?

It is astounding that George and Zeld are not chastised more for running KR1 as their personal lifestyle business...

And given the staking revenues each month then why have these two crypto geniuses not been locking BTC away with the monthly inflows?

Unusual to see trading in this one, but nice to see two way trading rather just a buyer or a seller...

Plus some unusual smaller trades.

Sentiment is certainly with SWC but when sentiment dries up all changes very quickly.

My gut feel - and I said it in my post below - is that SWC is going to have an interesting few months which will clearly include some very volatile days...
