Back through 11.50p and Peel go on the offer....... again

Fingers crossed there seller seems limited at 11.50p.
They were limited at 12p Friday.

Still on the offer and still in size.... at 11.60p when next offer is 12.50p.
They either have a huge seller or are short 3 min shares now.
There target is under 10p.

Let's also be clear, if EL do not wish to proceed then that message should be delivered to Hemo quickly.
Should EL wish to go forward and negotiate an agreement that in itself may take a couple of months to square off and sign.
I would argue the longer we have silence on this matter the more positive it could be.

Next offer is 13.50

$2.32 in the after market.... so down 3.33%.
Expect the UK market to open at 35 - 36p

I haven't seen anything like this for some time. They are offering significant size and have been on the offer all day for the last two days.

I favour the small trades being PI's trading on one of these new free 'commission' apps, but it could be an algo trading on a VWAP or TWAP basis.

Peel Hunt will know. They have a very large seller and they are offering in size even at the 12.2p level.

There seller may be back and hence the falling price.

Just for clarity, trading has been suspended on the exchange at the request of the company.
It can still trade on a matched bargain basis if you can agree a price.
Nothing to stop the crossing networks matching trades.

Closed at $2.44 in the US.
Equates to 37p so maybe a slight tick up on the open.
The after market is showing a slight dip at $2.43...

If Brandshield IPO at say £50m, then that strikes clarity into the value of TSI's shareholding - If TSI have 20% then the value of their holding is clearly £10m.
Logically, the TSI share price and valuation will move closer to the Brandshield valuation as the holding can now be readily traded.
Clearly the other TSI Holdings will continue to have an impact on the overall valuation of TSI, but as they are to a large extent unknown then there value will be heavily discounted as they are today.

Glad he is not on my case.

I thought I would comment alfred12 under publishers as that has been what has held Bids back.
I think the board have hit a number of roadblocks in this project. Just simply been a longer and more difficult road than they envisaged and that happens.
Clear to me, that the team has engaged with many publishers and game studios and progress has been made. Solid progress.
My view is that NO formal contracts have been signed with the studios that Bids are (in test) delivering adverts outside of Cody's and SI. That brings some risk, as contracts may not be signed of course.
BUT, Bids are delivering in a number of games (in test) and there has been success and success is what is required for contracts to get signed.
Studios named where Bids have been seen to deliver ads are plentiful:-
- Flying Squirrel
- EA
- UBI possibly
- Inlogic
- Smash Mountain
I am sure there are a number of other studios close to agreeing to testing.... The opportunity is simply too large to say no.
All that said, no game publisher will sign contracts until the testing is proven and seen to be valuable.
VW and that press release of two weeks ago showed the value...
We shall see. I expect positive news by end of the year.

It is clear DOT is worth $25m plus but we all know crypto can be volatile...
The likelihood is asset value is above $40m across there holdings and 13p seems light?
The bonus as has been stated is the staking and the yields of 8% and far greater.
Clearly the wrong price but held back being on Aquis.

It would be great for Bidstack to get a mention by Codemasters this evening, but not sure we can rely on that happening.
I personally think the real value of Cody's is the games Bidstack are NOT IN as yet.
Let's have Bids deliver tangible revenue on Grid and Dirt first, but Cody's have a great stable inc F1 and the Slightly Mad Studios many racing games.
Lot's of scope for significant growth just with Cody's.
Best they look after that relationship.

RochieRich, as a genuine test, I recently introduced a buyer of adverts into FM....
The CPM quoted (I thought a touch high but I get the value) was actually £15 and not the $4 you tout.
The buyer is a genuine very successful business and a household name.
Can we stick to facts and evidence please.
