Mctripe has misunderstood the tender situation. ARA have not (as far as we know) issued tenders. They did announce that they intended to issue tenders and seek quotations, but there has been no confirmation that this has been done.

I have explained this to Mctripe but he chooses to ignore the fact.

If work had started on the pipeline we would have heard, believe me!
