So if you want to voice complaint at that useless CEO who lost your money - direct it to Bring and Vig.

Bring - typical poor advice from you. When the company was listed (and shareholders had some rights) you advocated to do nothing. Now it is delisted you congratulate pointless letters.

I would be very worried if I had given my personal details to the like of Veg and Bung. Has anyone seen any benefit yet from the action group?

Funny how Veg is now having the fictitious AB phone calls and repeats what Bring says. Surely not the same person?

Regarding the attempts of the Watch Group and shareholder actions:

- Anything that involves Bring and Veg is suspicious.
- At best it is false hope for those who feel a need to do something.
- At worst it is a cynical diversion of shareholder rights away from being effective.
- What is the end game? JLP will always be able to outvote and take what they want.
- AB happy to take the money rather than protect the company.
- The damage was done a long time back so there is too much to correct.

Don't believe anything Bring says. This company will run put of money before any royalties get paid.

BJ - just think if you had listened and not insulted you would have more money and be less angry.

Veg. Do you really think that 2m shares valued at nothing makes you important. If you do own them you reveal your stupidity in investing in a corrupt and inept company.

Bring - and if you were smart you would not own shares in a company that was clearly a failure for several years. Everybody had the chance to sell before suspension.

Or perhaps you don't own shares. Who knows the truth with you.

And do you think the nonsense of an attention seeker places you in a position of authority?

BMR - Sidebar seems to post a lot more sense than you do. He would be an asset to your watch group.

Should you really be trying to guide shareholders going forward with that level of foolishness?

Sidebar - I think when it happens there will be no money to pay the administrator so there will be no investigation. Also, what some shareholders want will not be what other shareholders want. There is a conflict of interest for both JLP and AB and we can already see who won.

Surprised that the action group lets you participate. If they really are planning something against BMR, they might want some confidentiality.

AB was getting Bring to give misleading information for months to keep PI's happy and now has Bring advising the action group what to do. He is not daft and will get away with it.

How long will the money last to pay him?

Klueloss - I also accept hindsight is very easy. I don't know when the PI shareholders would have had a chance of correcting the situation, if ever. Who chose AB anyway?

The last thing AB will want is lots of question being asked.

BMR will go bust very soon. There is no asset to raise money on.

All records, files, evidence of payments and bribes will then be lost. That must be attractive to some.

The 'plan' was to: weaken BMR, AB to take whatever money is available as salary and payments; let JLP have the licence, royalties and anything else they wanted; BMR will go bust so the liabilities disappear, files will be shredded, and there will be no investigation or prosecution.

Bring: so 'nobody has lost any money here at present'.?

I hope the shareholder group see that you are the last person that should represent them in a discussion with the company.

BJ - The company and many posters spread false hope. All BMR had was contaminated ground and most clean up operations cost money, not make it.

Too many people were tempted by the the big numbers and gave their money away. It was like the emails offering you £1m in exchange for £10k to help get the money out of the country. Some people fall for it.

You are right to ask about where the money is. A good earner for those who spread the lies.
