Aquestion that should be asked tomorrow for anyone goiny to the AGM is WHY IS THIS SHARE SO UNLOVED ... with a rock bottom price ... any takers for that question...

The tax rebate is not 280m as the normal company tax rate in Ireland is 12.5% so that equates to 35m of saved taxes ... not bad... but not straight forward either .... time will tell ....

Any major play by the large shareholders to bail the company out, will totally dilute and destroy the small investors... imo

Perhaps a RNS tomorrow ... before AGM on Tuesday??

Not worried about dividends .... this is not a FTSE100 company.....multiple of the current share price would be great...

The major share holders will have to put in 2 or 3m to keep the lights on... and then merge with LOGP and take a case ... I dont think they will let the company fold .... GLA... the show is'nt over yet ... but the lights are getting dimmer ...

I don't live in the UK , but i just saw the solutions for the upcoming meeting... 4,5,6, increasing the amount of share in the EBT ...Why... I thought they already have millions, authorising the BOD to issue shares generally... again for what reason as this is going to dilute all of us, and lastly what does the term waive the rights of pre-emption on the allotment of shares.

Simple answers for a simple investor... please from some poster with knowledge.
