Agree ....the unfortunate thing is alot of small energy companies are the same ...Corcel, Zenith and several others.

This employee incentive is a bit of a joke and should be stopped ... but how can we small holders do that ... the BOD would want to start giving their shareholders a return and a hefty share price increase.
