The RNSs' are issued very clearly ... i am sure both TOR and his BOD are totally frustrated with what is happening but i strongly believe that the money is in the system and that APEC is also are not codding us ore anybody else ..... just have stay calm until the dollars come our way..... IMHO

Jarv... exactly end of business today.... so no RNS re extension until am tomorrow...

Longwait.... last Monday was a bank holiday in the Republic so any RNS would not issue until am tomorrow ...re an extension ... but of course we might get a surprise to say funds are in place...

Let's hope we see the funds on Monday .... and that the Chinese were only waiting for the issue of the permit before they would give the go ahead to HSBC to release the money... imo...Let's face if PVR/LOGP got several written correspondence from both HSBC and the Chinese that the hold up was only regarding the transfers and that they were shown a remittance from HSBC then surely there would be a legal issue if the money does not come through ...just my thoughts...
