Never been through a stock split before. The upcoming one on the 19th goes live on 20th giving 7 for 1. Been a good run so far and I expect it to continue making the price much cheaper per share for more an increase in liquidity due to more buyers potentially available. They have been very successful with tesla and other nasdaq stocks in the past as the price ran up.

Element, Im sure you know that production of cars dropped due to the retooling required for the new model Y. This car is now the best selling car in China in its price band and they cannot keep up with demand. They have now restricted sales due to the demand. The FSD is going ahead in June in Texas and if no issues then the ramp up will be swift. Not here to switch the the conversation but you either know or you don't. One day everyone will. I have been trying to find a historical chart on the market cap of GGP. I have found one which covers a year but I would like to see the chart which covers our previous rise into the 30's up to today. I can then see how far visualy we have surpassed the previous high. Thanks in advance.

With the upcoming ASX listing I see a perpetual bid coming from the institutions. Pension funds will allocate to GGP. They will not fomo but will slowly allocate over time thus the bid will be somewhat a continuous stream. The higher the price goes the higher the company rises up the tables which will have a flywheel effect making more institutions and fund managers taking a stake. This bid will outstretch the initial fomo by retail who are anxiously watching our price rise without

the ability to take part.

When the listing comes I think I would for the first time be comfortable with my holding and not need to constantly check the prices and sit back and wait for my personal targets.

Why take the top two out for your average. Surely the average would include all. If you take the top two out then take the bottom two out also and see where you get.
