Yes insurance business so sound making a profit. Saga is being treated like it business is 100% travel which is not the case. Sir Roger knows this which is why he paid upto 27p a share recently.

The insurance part of the business is profitable and worth more than current mcap. These will rerate very soon imo as these are definitely oversold.

Sir Roger now has an average over 18p and just invested over £100 mil. Saga has a bright future.

There is no current overhang institutions would not be buying at 12p to sell at a loss a week later. This will rise steadily from here. Sir Roger buying over 26% at an average price of over 18p gives me great confidence. I'm expecting positive vaccine news within the next 4-8 weeks and these will rerate.

Agree this is ridiculously low. They rejected the offer at 33p as it significantly undervalued the business.

500 mil from GIC and co and 2bil from sale of assets. Rolls have said they would only do a rights issues as last resort. This way they don't need to.

There's not going to be a rights issues imo.
