Looks seriously overvalued imo, I wouldn't be buying in at this price for sure when the placing was set at 1.22p per share MXCP have the 3rd largest holding plus warrants at 5% which is where my interest stems from Will the ask drop is the question?

What accounting processes !?

Yes ECV looks the next one off the conveyor belt, not invested as yet there but certainly looking. CSI only 9 days away from their relaunch which should be interesting, MXCP have thrown a long of money at it so expecting big things there.

Just had another read of the trading update in December and it does indeed mention a further update:- "It has been a terrific effort from the whole team during the year and their dedication has been rewarded with our best ever results. We expect to update the market further in January on this progress.”

Go with the flow, MXCP has achieved a good track record in a small space of time, it's all there to see on the finals They've put some serious money into here so I'm expecting great things over the next 2-3 yrs, the savvy investor will have been in before the shares were suspended, the clues were all there, have been for months. I had a hunch CSI was looking for a bigger fish regards the RTO and here we are with MXCP on board. Selection Services didn't have the best track record looking at the accounts, MXCP will have seen enough to turn this around though

We've had all the news as expected even an early trading update which took me by surprise. Not expecting anything for a few months now, unless there's a major contract win

"The Acquisition and the Placing are subject, inter alia, to Shareholder approval at the General Meeting to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 20 January 2016" Admission to AIM will commence on 21st Janaury 2016 as per the RNS, tba are:- • approving the Acquisition; • authorising the Directors to allot the New Ordinary Shares; • approving the disapplication of statutory pre-emption provisions to enable the directors in certain circumstances to allot the New Ordinary Shares for cash other than on a non-pre-emptive basis; and • ratifying the dividend paid by the Company in July 2014 and to release all obligations and waive all claims in respect thereof. IMO should go through without any hitches, who would disapprove ? MXCP have invested a lot of cash here, worth researching for the newbies, check the finals posted on the MXCP site for a progress report on the other companies they've invested in !

Not to concerned with MXCP on board, you can see their current track record from the finals on 1st December, especially Redcentric and Castleton Technology. This is MXCP's biggest investment by far compared to whats gone before so I'm expecting big things here now.
