Ok get it you don’t care as you have nothing to lose but this is absolutely a do or die situation.

Anyone with money invested must understand that truth.

Maybe the institutions secure slightly more maybe 40-35p?

But the statement does imply the lenders approving the deal is the important factor?

Hence the 30th June deadline?

I have taken the decision not to vote and leave it to better informed Institutional Investors to protect our interests.

It’s entirely down to the Institutions so extremely unlikely there any unknown changes in BOD at AGM.

Wood has today published on its website (woodplc.com/investors/annual-general-meeting) the notice of its 2025 Annual General Meeting which will be held on 18 June 2025. Formal notice of the meeting is being sent to shareholders today.

When does it land next Monday?

That will be an interesting read.
