RE: Is TW behind vastresources.co.uk29 Oct 2021 09:16
If you see my posts from yesterday and earlier on this week where we alluded to the fact that whilst VAST do business in ZIM NO BANK we offer project finance. He has approached more than 12 banks and has been refused as we understand it.
AP thinks ZIM is where the gold lies, more the diamonds, instead because of his arrogance, he has caused the Company to fail
The repayment to Atlas is $9m as they get an uplift - its over before January
The placement was done so the accounts could get signed off as the business was insolvent
Will the auditors be able to sign off the accounts ?
By the look of it, the auditors came back to VAST to tell them that they are insolvent and the accounts cannot be signed off, that is why the EMERGENCY PLACING ....
It will be over here in no more than 8 weeks time,
Who really cares who it is. The only thing i care about is what is being posted, truth or not.
By what they are posting, it does seem that there is truth to their posts, especially today naming WH Ireland
Certainly AIM need to investigate this, as if AP or RP have found to have broken AIM rules and or have been found out to have had their "hands in the till " this is only my opinion, then they both must be suspended immediately from their roles whilst a full investigation takes place
£10m is not pocket money or loose change and by the looks of it, it looks like something very fishy or incorrect has taken place.
Embezzlement is a word that springs to minds, but again only my opinion
I think you will find that the person/s who are posting on there have credible information to share and they are drip feeding it to the market.
For them to name " WH IRELAND" in name, must mean that there is some credible substance to what they are alleging, why else name them, as this would leave them open to attack from two sources
Its over Vast will be in default soon.....28 Oct 2021 08:32
The company is clearly a busted flush here. The directors still take their fat salaries whilst the company sits in its perilous position Time to call an EGM to remove this board Shareholders cannot just watch from the sidelines The regulators need to investigate this company and the board
