what was the last drug that was a broad spectrum one that could be valued? rm def seems to be more interested in the fact it will basically treat every single respiratory disease every year not just covid. has there ever been a drug released like it bar penicillin! wondered how you can possibly value it - anything similar? what was the first broad spectrum antibiotic etc?
