Guess my post went down like a lead balloon as maybe I gave the impression that I want a takeover now I do not.

What I want is is a five ten bagger having been here this long however Harry should not just think no one could swoop in and kefi is somehow protected because its relationship with Artar or its low market cap.

Future institutional investment would not save kefi either as they are usually the first to cave to an offer that includes a premium to the share price.

Harry should have a contingency plan in place and PR marketing need a total overhaul and the company needs the shareprice to gain rapidly they should not just sit back and depend on the lassonde curve.

Think any takeover would be a hostile one at Kefi level as Kefis partner in Saudi would not want one in my view as why would they want anything to rock the boat. Ethiopian government I do not know if say Allied Gold came in and promised quicker exploration with their deep pockets? Allied then could sell the Saudi half to Ivanhoe or Maaden if they did not want to keep the prospects there themselves.

Do not consider whether Harry wanted to sell or not to be much of a factor as he is not popular enough or streetwise enough to mobilize shareholders or fight off a takeover on his own. Kefi joint venture partner might just step in though and buy kefi out at some stage. Probably kefi market cap has saved it from appearing on too many radars so far but post Centamin must look more attractive even with a sub 100 million dollar market cap.

Re Geology better off weighing up whether Kefi geos are good. In their favour they have made several discoveries and have been awarded licence areas in double figures in Saudi before the current system of bidding came in there and you have Ivanhoe Electric exploring a lot of Areas near kefis trying to replicate kefis success.

Doze Africa needs to do deals with east west anywhere they can get a good deal and not be locked into just doing business with one block. Abiy gets that and obviously making Harry a honorary council is a signal that the country wants to do business with kefi.

They should probably put up a statue to harry anyone else that faced the past problems kefi had in Ethiopia would have run for the hills but obviously Harry fell in love with Ethiopia. Now kefi will planning post TK launch in Ethiopia and looking at helping their new stock exchange with a listing.

Ethiopia does really need kefi but overall the west needs Africa more than Africa needs the west with commodities becoming more important.

So second bank happy harry just went to them in Nigeria rather than them visiting TK. Its more about tweaking ERN investment probably due to some of the factors around the ERN probably kefi actually being offered more money than they need.

Think ERN generally happy otherwise would not be looking at post TK investments. Things are actually more advanced than I thought.
