With Newmont they could just roll kefi operations in with their early stage operations in Tigray. With Barrick they are increasingly active in Saudi you would think kefi would be attractive due to the shear number of licence areas there and Barricks deep pockets but that's likely to be less relevant post listing of kefi or JV in Saudi.

Not sure if kefi would be more attractive post or pre listing. When it hits midcap status going to be more visible anyway.

If it was here it would take abut twenty years a public enquiry questions in parliament then it would not get a mine at all and would probably get built on as a housing estate.

Company and Harry already know the new minister and due to his work at the roads ministry and the roads being built or built near TK should already be familiar with the project that should save time. While his predecessor might have left the ministry itself in a poor state he is likely to make getting briefed on kefi a priority and hopefully progress at TK the same.
