RE: RE: out of their depth12 Feb 2018 13:41
I understand that the policy for kdnc is to get to production or as near as before selling the % holding in any of their investments.
This may well have changed since I last had this confirmed.
As for BCN buying out the % of sonora and german project, I think the german DFS needs to be completed and funding in place before this matter would be raised.
Kdnc are looking at near term production models for new investment and may want the money sooner, which may help BCN if they were to persue this route.
I do not see , under the current czech polticial situation how and why BCN would touch it with a barge pole.
I have in the past dismissed BCN's Saxony holding based on the fact that compared to Cinovec it is 2/3rds smaller. Now they have been clever and drawn in other local assets , that to me shows a cleverness to diversify away from Czech Cinovec, infact I think that BCN is probably looking at being a better bet, thus my change in heart.
When looking at the facts and possible increases in production, vitally within Germany and a super tough Saxon Germany , there will be no issues regards lithium tin and another element I expect to come up as a take off metal.
The new Saxon BCN looks very strong to me on its own.
Having said that I have recently heard BCN & EMH mentioned in tandom, but that to me is pure speculation from a very inbedded source. Not sure the politics can take it though.
Hope that helps.
