If a Chinese / Russian company come to Babis and say they will buy the mine at 50p and Czech can do what they like with a 20% invested , 100% on current sp, would KC go for it ? KC could get rid of this mess and leave Babis to it. Some would lose but those buying today or original buyers 4p-15p would be quids in. With $130-150 BILLION mine costing $1 Billion to fully set up for 100,000tpa, 20% would not be sniffed at and they get an old communist buddie to work with ? OR something along those lines ? Even a buyout at $1.00 would still allow for $3-7.00 mark up ? I say sell it Keith and move on to your other companies with a big wad of cash and a lot less stress !

Morning all. Not a good start to the day. A lot of repetitive posting regarding the Mou, so I went back to look at what EMH would be losing, Czech losing and what it is that is so offensive to have it terminated ? 1 - Working together with Czech Gov for downstream processing in Czech Rep. 2 - Locations for plant, economic and environmental issues to be worked together. 3 - Regulation on permits work together. 4 - EMH working with Czech Rep to be involved in deals EMH may well have already set up and to be a part of this 5 - Czech to help support investment in the lithium area and mine 6 - EMH to work with research labs on lithium processing etc. My guess is 1 of 2 things. 1 - EMH have deals inplace already and cannot renegotiate to include the Czech to benefit ie a deal with VW, BMW, DAIMLER allowing them to keep all production up to making batteries, then selling the batteries to Germany AND making a profit out of each battery too ! The Germans would not like that. 2 - EMH have gone along way down the road, invested a lot of money to get to viable mine data. Now the Czech Gov have EMH over the barrel with the dangle of permits not being issued unless the terms are increased say 10% royalties, DIAMO to manage mine building / infrastructure basically what they are capable of and getting paid + increasing employment in the area & future development plans they want to be included on eg Block III which has yet to be really looked at, but that does have great resource ! Is that part of the Mou open to Czech Gov ? I think May will see elections in Czech and a more resounding win for ANO, Zeman was supposed to lose and still won and a recent pole shows ANO increasing in support, which may also have made Babis feel the tide was turning for forming a government fully in summer with full support from parliment, BUT EMH HAVE THE LEGAL POSITION. I have no idea what is going on just that Cinovec mine is truely something special to fight over politically and it validates all my research that Cinovec Mine is WORLDCLASS. Humans are a funny animal, with animal traits too - war, greed and survival. Babis will bring anything to the table , even if it hurts the scum people of Czech who have nothing! We know Lithium of high grade has already been cored , mapped and hand drawn model of Homestead was done years ago. I bought in as I have said previously just before suspension based in what the Australian guys were saying about the demand for SPECIFIC Spodumene high grade rock. Throw in what I hear from other CEO's at presentations over the last 3-6 months including 2 Canadian brokers, that the Germans ARE seriously looking at ALL African Lithium supplies. With risk being diluted and including a deal to JV possible along with actual dilution I think its worth a strong punt. Feels like the early days but under different footing. Observations previously posted and speculation. Not a share for those who need a solid bet. Volitility for sure and strong research / nerves needed here.

Audit by a client being done on licence just ready for the drill cores being sent out for imminent LITHIUM JORC.

Pranchalee, learnt a lot getting the knocks and losing money on GDL. Never again would I invest without knowing the geology by hand. I cant run the company, so thats imho my risk. Everything else is spot on, just like emh. If it wasnt for politics and ceo messing up, it would be and should have been £1.50+ by now. We just have to trust, but its never going to stop me spending time looking at the back doors, connections and where the ceo can make a buck. Its not our game, its theirs. We just have to think smart. Time is short but I dont want to lose any more money to liars.

Desert Lion Energy began production of lithium concentrate from stockpiled material at the Company�s lithium project in Namibia in December 2017. There are approximately 700 thousand tonnes (kt) of stockpiled material and 100kt of fines located on Desert Lion Energy�s exclusive prospect license that will be processed over a 12-month period. Following the production of lithium concentrate from stockpiled material (i.e. Phase I production), Desert Lion Energy plans to commence production of lithium concentrate from in situ ore (i.e. Phase II production), which is expected to begin in the second half of 2019. The Phase II production schedule will be based on results of a Preliminary Economic Assessment, which the Company plans to publish in the second quarter of 2018. Anyone thinking what I am ? Exactly. Lithium JORC will make us all happy, even if further funds are needed to increase the resource. I am really really interested on the process of extraction to client and all thats in the middle to client. A - raw ore lithium spodumene B - Some LCE processing C - Full plant and HYDROXIDE production D - Buyout / JV to minority holding with NYSE client OR Chinese holding 51%+? Bouncing nicely too. Going to be very interesting once that JORC comes out for sure.

4unme. I am excluding Tantalum sales and basing the expansion of the mine on the lithium demand and tonnage they will be looking to produce soon. Tantalum is cash to fund growth, but until they say what the values being generated are I will exclude as its guess work. Good point though to keep in mind a cash stream could possibly already excist. I am on the side of caution as is Mr Cautious lol.

Interested to see if a raise happens at around 4-4.5p ? $2M in the coffers @ Dec, but doing JORC on Lithium. The Walkabout Resources presentation showing highlighted Lithium pegmatites on KENV licence in Red along with the data they had just announced of 120 pegmatites next to KENV. I would , if part of the geology team, would be asking to supply data for Homestead & Lepidolite Mines Lithium JORC, BUT would 100% be asking if I could test the Northern boundaries shown on the Walkabout info image. Giles Clark, for all of his BS did point out a 27km pegmatite North of the main Homestead mine. I have looked in to this myself, did so at the time. Now Walkabout are showing up 120 more pegmatites just North of this feature GC pointed out. I would be asking for another $2M for more testing and what I would expect to be a very large probability of already being able to double any announced JORC that is currently being done in specific known lithium mines. I would be happy to fund this and have cash sat waiting for any raising. I look forward to the 1st JORC and possible raising to add to the resource. Estimates multiple Billion dollar licence, excluding Tantalum. Please DYOR.
